    I thought all of the staff I met were really friendly and helpful . Mea in particular couldn’t do enough to help and I recommend her highly. My only criticism was the lack of available parking which, as a disabled person with mobility issues, made it a bit more challenging to get from/to my car. Other than that a really good experience.

    STILL no home charge point for the Leaf fitted and still no details of installer, despite asking several times.I've been waiting since July. Not happy.

    Hi Deborah,

    I am sorry to hear that you have been waiting longer than expected for your charge point to be fitted. I have spoken to the team about your situation and I believe that Mea, our Sales representative from the dealership, has now contacted you in reference to this.

    Just to clarify, Motability have recently changed the supplier that they use for the home charging system to Ohme, which has caused a back log in getting the charge points fitted for all customers. Mea has spoken to Motability with the view of Ohme contacting you urgently within the next 2 weeks to try and resolve this for you.

    Again, we are very sorry for this process taking longer than it should have, but unfortunately we are relying on the charge point supplier to catch up on their back log.
