- Rating 1.0Feb 21, 2024Sat for three hours, not one member of staff even acknowledged that I existed. Left cold, tired, hungry, extremely dehydrated and in a lot of pain.
Bet if I had gone in to look at a new lease they’d have actually spoken to me, but no, they didn’t say a word when I got there and when I was waiting.
Only thing that was said was after three hours when a bloke said my name and gave me my keys and said he’s ordered a fuse so the screen wash will come out of the rear as it hasn’t worked since I had the car. He gave me the keys and I left.
