    Sat for three hours, not one member of staff even acknowledged that I existed. Left cold, tired, hungry, extremely dehydrated and in a lot of pain.
    Bet if I had gone in to look at a new lease they’d have actually spoken to me, but no, they didn’t say a word when I got there and when I was waiting.
    Only thing that was said was after three hours when a bloke said my name and gave me my keys and said he’s ordered a fuse so the screen wash will come out of the rear as it hasn’t worked since I had the car. He gave me the keys and I left.

    Had to ask for a courtesy car, and was asked when app was booked if would like the car cleaned which I said yes, on collection it was clear that the car had not been touched by a sponge or a vacuum

    I was meant to pick my new car up on Saturday 25th November at 9.00 o'clock, which wasn't really convenient but I changed the plans that I had with other people so that I could still change it.
    When I got there I was told the Release Pack hadn't been done so they wouldn't be able to hand it over. They were very apologetic and they would do everything possible to try and get it sorted for that day. I stayed at home the whole day just in case they phoned, no one actually phoned to let me know it was going to be Monday.
    I was gutted as I couldn't wait to hand the old car back as I have had nothing but problems with it since I gave had it, it spent so long back at Brooklyn to be fixed and not actually being fixed, if someone looks into the history on my file they will see what I mean. I even thought about making a claim against Brooklyn as I pay a lot every month for a car I wasn't being able to use and I spent so long without it

    From ordering and collecting the customer service from Rhiannon and the team was brilliant.

    We were kept informed and updated throughout the order process.

    On delivery of the car we were treated as any other customer, and they did a big reveal for my son which he loved.
