    Ross was great thank you and all went smoothly
    Technical details explained by another member of staff well … thank you

    Only issue being
    1- the software want updated and should have been prior to handover
    2- tyre pressures were 35 on 3 tyres which was correct and 45 on another which required me to correct down the road
    3- an unknown person decided to connect their phone to the car and use .. not professional

    Excellent service.
    If was to complain about anything it would be that the courtesy car was really rather small compared to my car and struggled with it abit. Even my children commented how very small it was and no space.
