I was dealt with Ross MacPherson, from the Kia car department at Shrewsbury. His was FANTASTIC, he was really friendly and approachable didn't push me into anything. Explain how everything worked and had so much time for me, he replied back to my emails, as I don't like talking on the phone and kept me updated all the time.
