    Since sending my answer I have had word that my car is handed back was marked on mirrors and wheels the car was slight damage on the passenger door the car was 3 years old I will never deal with ford in Shrewsbury again (Jake the salesman)waste of time

    Rubbish they have blew up my engine as they drove it when smelling of burning and smoke coming from under bonnet.

We fully understand how upsetting and frustrating this situation must be—especially when your vehicle was only in for a routine service. At this stage, we do not yet have an explanation as to why the engine fault occurred so shortly afterwards, and we are taking this matter very seriously.

    To ensure we fully understand the cause, we need to carry out the manufacturer’s official diagnostic process. This will help determine exactly what has gone wrong and how best to resolve it.

    In the meantime, we have contacted Motability to arrange alternative transport for you as quickly as possible. We truly regret the inconvenience this has caused and are committed to supporting you through this process.
