    Mark was our advisor at Stoneacre Kia Stafford from the day we ordered our car until the day we picked it up Mark kept us informed with regular telephone calls of the progress of our car. We found Stoneacre Kia Showroom very clean and airy and was always offered refreshments on every visit. We found Mark to be a very professional, dedicated and caring representative and on the day we collected the car he went through all the paperwork required thoroughly with us and showed us around the exterior and interior of the car answering any auestions we had. We thank him immensely.

    I understand it wasn’t the dealerships fault on the delay of my vehicle but much better communication is required. I was told 3 months until I got my new car so put my own car up for sale to pay the deposit on my new Kia. After ringing 3 times and being told I’ll get the rep to call me back but never did I visited the dealership in person. I was told at least another 4 months until I’d get the car I ordered. I nearly sold my own vehicle and would have been left without a car all because the dealership couldn’t pick up the phone and return a call. 10 months later and I have my new car. I am pleased with it but better communication is drastically required.

    Excellent mark made everything a pleasant experience he explained everything brilliantly answered all our questions even some daft ones I might of asked Mark treated us with kindness and respect which doesn't happen very often these days this was the second car mark helped us with I specifically asked for mark because the service we received from him the first time was exceptional and this experience was too
