From the initial visit just looking, all the way through to today's pick up I've been treated great, kept up to date with the progress with everything arranged at times to suit me. The handover was very smooth with Mark being very personable and friendly, providing all the information needed without overloading me, making sure I was completely comfortable and happy before driving away. There was a slight hitch that was to do with the hand controls provided by another company and in no way Stoneacre's responsibility, but Mark fetched a technician who solved the issue in moments.
