The collection and delivery drivers were great. Service department is very poor. But it's going to be the last time I will deal with this company. 18 months we have been waiting because of that the spec we ordered is different GT more like the GT line. Had an engine problem with my last 5008 and I told the service manager if I can call him that how I felt especially when I brought the car in two days earlier he told me to go and I'll never have any of my car's here again. If it wasn't for the fact I already put an order in you wouldn't have had this order. Lot's of things are missing from the car and two things I wanted that the boot opened automatically and a tow bar that was a no. So I might as well stopped my order instead of waiting 18 months. Just call it the GT line. - Rating 1.0Mar 28, 2023So we ordered our car with Simon only to find out weeks later he had not ordered it!! So then another colleague took over car ordered great! Then go on Friday 24/3/23 as arranged to collect car only to walk in showroom to be ignored then parts man went and found someone so then show us the car then take money and say we will get it out the showroom for you only to be sitting there 1/2 hr as they couldn’t find right keys to showroom door!! Everyone was running around but not telling us anything! But the most annoying part was that there was another couple picking up their car they paid them so much attention it was sickening there car was under a cover and had there name on and they all made such a fuss over this couple we sat there watching like the poor people we left feeling very deflated and it should of been a happy day but it was far from it I felt that the people who got all the attention were cash buyers and we were mobility clients but still paid £800 deposit not really happy
