    A terrible experience from arranging to drop off my vehicle up until I was driving away after picking it up. I was never told on booking my vehicle in that I was required to bring in a copy of my insurance expiry date and the insurance number and my vehicle booklet so they could stamp it for its service. I dropped off my vehicle and was taken out to the courtesy car. The vehicle was disgustingly filthy inside and dirty on the exterior of it. They couldn't complete the MITand service on the same day as they needed to go to Kwikfit for 2 new tires and they needed to fit new brake shoes. It took 5 days to get my car back and upon returning it to me the wash and vacuum wasn't even done as part of the service. They said I could return but only after complaining to the service manager who didn't really care. Worse service ever.
