    Went in for a service and mot. I asked for the wipers to be replaced and they weren't done. Did not get a vehicle check video. Not even a phone call to say it was done. The collection and delivery drivers were great. Service department is very poor. I will not be bringing my car back.

    I'm generally quite happy with the garage although I was expecting the car to be washed. Work is required on my vehicle so now I'm waiting to see when it can be done.

    After waiting almost 11 months it all came as a surprise!!

    The staff were excellent what more can I say. But it's going to be the last time I will deal with this company. 18 months we have been waiting because of that the spec we ordered is different GT more like the GT line. Had an engine problem with my last 5008 and I told the service manager if I can call him that how I felt especially when I brought the car in two days earlier he told me to go and I'll never have any of my car's here again. If it wasn't for the fact I already put an order in you wouldn't have had this order. Lot's of things are missing from the car and two things I wanted that the boot opened automatically and a tow bar that was a no. So I might as well stopped my order instead of waiting 18 months. Just call it the GT line. So disappointed if you order a spec you should get the spec you ordered on the day not the down grade

    I could not praise the people at stoneacre Peugeot Stoke highly enough. I felt so welcome and they were happy to steer me into what was right for me. Kevin especially bent over backwards to get me back on the road and was always happy to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be returning when it comes to changing again.
