    Excellent service from Joe Chadwick, from deciding that it was a Lexus I wanted had my new car to the hand over of my new car.Joe provided me with frequent up dates on the progress of my car and explained step by step instructions on what I needed to do.A professional, well mannered gentlemen, who answered all our questions regarding the vehicle we had chosen and how the motability scheme works.

    From initial contact with the dealership and then via email with Joe Chadwick was great, I changed the appointment time and Joe obliged with the new arrangements, I eventually turned up earlier than the appointment and Joe was able to see me right away, he explained the vehicle in detail, lead times, servicing etc. All done thoroughly professionally and treated as a normal customer even though it’s done through Motability was nice as well. I would highly recommend this dealership and also Joe for looking after me. Thanks to the whole team, oh and the coffee was excellent.
