    From start to finish i've been kept informed regularly as to where my car was, delivery expectations etc. On pick up every thing went just as smooth, took time to explain all the buttons and controls, i left feeling confident i knew what i was doing. Thanks

    Can not fault Declan Worrall at all, he was so helpful. He rang me daily for updates. The delivery team however are a big disappointment. Understandably there was a delay due to covid, but when it comes up on the system that the vehicle is in Dagenham and due to be delivered that week, it should be delivered. Not changed every week for 6 weeks. It is unacceptable to anyone especially when my car is a motorbility car, I had no mode of transport for the 6 weeks whilst waiting for delivery. People do not have motorbility vehicles for no reason and I was seriously considering to cancel the order. Now that it has finally arrived I am very pleased with the car and would highly recommend the sales team, but not the delivery team. Carol Trigg

    Simon Podmore was very attentive. He kept communications up and let me know when the car arrived and would be ready. After 3 days from a year since ordering I’d lost all interest in getting my mobility car but Simon managed to engage me again. I feel that a lot of disabled people are being treated like second hand citizens so the long wait and the reason for it didn’t surprise me. Ford need to remember it’s not a free car, we pay for it. I am pleased with my Kuga and look forward to driving it.
