He made our experience a pleasurable and hassle free one and I would highly recommend both him and The Nissan dealership to any other Motability customers.
Before we entered the Nisssn dealership we were feeling stressed and pressured as our last Motability car was stolen a few weeks prior to this. We weren’t expecting to have to go car hunting at this point but Tom truly made it a smooth, easy and successful experience.
He helped us find the right sized car for our needs that would arrive by the time we need it.
