    I have given one star because I actually got a car. However, this was my worst experience in over thirty years as a Motability customer. The sale "executive", without actually being rude, showed me a lack of respect and seemed to prefer to deal with my husband.Whether this was because of my gender or disability or both, only he knows. He did not seem interested in what he was doing and just wanted to get rid of the car. He seemed indifferent to my concerns about data protection and insisted thad I give him bank details despite my telling him that Motability in a recent phone call had said that I did not have to. He simply said "If you don't then you'll have to pick the car up on another day. (This was regarding the possible rebate for returning the vehicle in good condition).He gave me no paperwork confirming the insurance nor did he give me an invioce for the sale.
    The following are my husband's comments: "Just switch it on and drive it".was the answer to my question about anything I should know about this car. He showed no interest in nor made any attempt at showing me any of the features which might have been new to me, which he didn't know as he didn't bother to ask. Automatic handbrake, silent engine when manoeuvering on EV, had I driven one before? He should have sat with me for a couple of minutes in the car and shown me thing and some enthusiasm for what he was doing. No driver's manual was mentioned whether hard copy or online. This person seriously needs retraining (or another job!)
    "Just switch it on and drive it" is NOT good enough.
