    Excellent service from Andrew Livesey at Kia Stourbridge. He made for what was a daunting experience for me after surviving a stroke, an absolute walk in the park. He was attentive right from walking in the show room when I was "just looking" (I didn't bother going anywhere else after - the garages I'd been before -VW didn't even acknowledge me - were no match). He provided information in a digestible format, answered my questions promptly and politely, and was generally just lovely. The collection day was smooth despite the dealership having an extensive refurbishment and the staff having to work from portacabins. 5* service
