    Still didn’t have the part I needed that they broke during replacing something else back in September . When I was calling to speak to someone as my husband had taken my car the phone kept being put down on me . Eventually got through and have logged a complaint and I’m awaiting a call back

    Took auto hold off & didn't put it
    Back on at the end, this caused car to roll forward when I parked & caused damage to the car.
