    I booked my car in for a Mot & was told two hours. My friend came with me and we went to a local cafe. I went back after the time was up to be asked, I didn’t know you were waiting ? I said I thought it would be almost ready, Craig then said well yes for the Mot but not a service, at no time was I told the car was being serviced at the same time. Then I had to catch a bus & walk across town to my house. So last night & today I was in agony, unable to barely walk in my house.
