    I booked the car in by telephone and was contacted a few days prior to double check everything at the time I would drop the car at the dealers.
    On the day I arrived and gained access through the automatic doors and was met by a male service staff member who was couteous and polite and asked me to meet Diane inside the main building;
    Diane was very helpful in explaining everything before leaving me car. I was contacted a few hours later and again met Diane who went through the paperwork, ensured I had received the video link of me car in the service check area and would contact me the following day. The car was returned washed and vacuumed
    She did ring the following day to ensure everything was in order.
    Both staff members I met were superb and I would thank them for their courtesy throughout the process.
