    We rang to book the car in for service. We didn’t go online and weren’t asked if we would wait for the car - hence inconvenience as they expected to keep it all day and we hadn’t organised transport back and forth. When we received the video feedback of the service I’m sure it was good and comprehensive but unfortunately the technician spoke far too fast and his words were unclear. We got the gist of what he was saying but it could have been a much better experience all round.
