    From my experience Toyota should not be a motability supplier! The first time I came in I was impressed however things took a slide from then on, the car was delivered to the dealership however I had to wait 3 weeks before Toyota's in house system was updated to release the car to me! During this time I was told there was no guarantee on when it could be done/ wait time, I was the one who made contact with the dealership as no one contacted me. During this time I had no car and had to cancel Drs appointments at no point did anyone take any interest and it doesn't take a genius to work out that if a customer with mobility issues is waiting on a car they are probably in desperate need of a vehicle after a week of frustration and non answers I finally broke and only then did someone take notice. I have no doubt had I not I would still be waiting for the car! It appears that Toyota and the dealership want nothing to do with motability as they do not bring in the big money commissions had I been sat with a £5000 deposit I doubt they would have been so dismissive of me. I got the impression that I was an inconvenience (something I did not expect from a company who deal with motability and sponsor disability sports) and to add insult to injury the car doesn't even come with a sat nav (I was told the only difference between mine and the higher spec cars was the wheels!) Disappointed is an understatement!!! Also can I suggest some sensitivity training as telling a disabled person you need their crutches because you have stubbed your toe is beyond insulting sometimes if you don't know what to say it's best to say nothing!!
