    Guy that dealt with me was amazing. Had comfy seat while waiting, plenty of offers of coffee. I have extremely low mileage on car so there were a few jokes about thst. He had to deal with some awful customers while I sat there and was so professional and polite throughout. Best car service experience I have ever had. Excellent job Kia in Hadley. Should be proud of yourselves.
