    Very very poor.
    The service from the front staff was unbelievably awful. I ordered a loan car weeks before my service/MOT, the day before I was due to leave my car, I received an answer machine message to say it was unavailable…. No explanation whatsoever so ever.
    I then had to cancel my service due to having no loan car. It then took five calls to the dealership for them to book me another appointment. Leaving message after message with staff to call me urgently. None was ever forthcoming.
    The loan car they eventually did provide was totally inadequate for my mobility issues, so I was unable to drive it, even though they were told my problems, and they promised a suitable car.
    This dealership used to be very good, but they now have little time for Motability customers anymore, and it shows with the lack of care, consideration and manners that I have encountered in my dealings with them.
    After the behaviour of the dealership towards myself, I wouldn’t order a motability vehicle with them again, which is a great shame.
