    Hannah was so lovely and patient, very helpful, knowledgeable about the cars answering all the questions I had, she gave me space and time, never rushing me. I was treated with kindness and respect and offered refreshments too which was very kind, nothing was too much trouble for her.

    I can't praise hannah highly enough, from start to finish it was a very pleasant and rewarding experience, she answered all my questions comprehensively, and put me at ease, spent a good amount of time at handover explaining everything and making sure I was aware of everything I needed to know, best experience i have had.
