    I initially contacted Barnsley Peugeot after seeing their Motability deal on the Peugeot 2008 advertised on Facebook. I spoke with Tim Scott over the phone, who was very helpful and took the time to discuss everything with me. He invited me to visit the showroom the same day and arranged for a member of his team to assist me.

    When I arrived, the showroom was shiny, clean, and very welcoming. I was greeted by the sales team and introduced to Darren Roe. Darren was an absolute delight — he sat me down, offered me a drink, and made me feel comfortable straight away. He took the time to understand my needs and showed me the different cars and specifications available on Motability.

    I immediately fell in love with the Peugeot 2008 GT Premium. It was stylish, the perfect size for easy access, and being a hybrid was a huge bonus. Darren checked the stock availability and helped me find the exact colour and specification I wanted, which was due to be delivered this month. I asked if he could hold it for a couple of days while I sorted a few things out, and he was more than happy to do so.

    Two days later, I returned to the showroom to complete the paperwork and place my order for the car they had reserved for me. Both Darren and Tim were incredibly helpful, understanding, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process — even after I accidentally knocked my coffee over on the desk!

    I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Brilliant brand and outstanding customer service from start to finish. I hope to continue ordering my cars from Barnsley Peugeot in the future.

    Absolutely excellent service from being recommended, to me Messaging Tim Scott, driving up there and meeting with Bradley. They were so welcoming and helpful. Gave my daughter and I refreshments and the whole process was very smooth. Quick turnaround too as the vehicle I wanted was in stock and on site, so collecting next week. Highly recommend Pentagon Peugeot.
