    I changed from Nissan for the 1st time in 9yrs , the experience of pre sales and being kept in the loop with VERTU was absolutely useless , on handover it was as if I was a customer being given a car on MOTABILITY and I was a second rate customer the salesman wasn’t interested to the point that he walked off before I closed my door . I really left feeling I’d been treated as a non desirable. Nota wonderful service or feeling.

    The dealer we dealt with was very considerate to my disabilities and made sure I was comfortable. Cars were brought to me so I didn’t have to walk anywhere. Signing up was quick everything was explained to us. Excellent service.
