    Well firstly the customer service from James was exceptional, very pleasant smiling and fun to be around . Kept in contact through out my wait for my new car , and kept us up dated . When car arrived James sent a video of the car personally to us showing us round the car and in side which I think is a nice touch . On collection polite as always and full of joy . Was shown to free tea coffee drinks which is nice . Then quick paper work then took to our car and shown around , didn't feel rushed or hurried . My total experience with kia and James was a perfect one, I would totally recommend kia as a car choice to anyone looking for a new car .
