    Everyone from the call handler to the man who came and collected my car was really nice and pleasant. Everything was explained well .
    My only small dissapointment was finding my mirror decoration had been taken off by breaking the cord which now requires me to fix it and I was dissapointed that unlike Fiat where my last car went for MOT, you don't give the car a quick wash before it comes back. My fiat was always returned with a vac and a wash as they knew on thr motability scheme this was something that meant alot to people as being disabled its something which we can no longer do ourselves. I guess that's cut backs but it did go along way to reputation and feeling you were really looked after.
