    Did not pick up the car on the date of the appointment went to the wrong address. I had to ring them. They said there was nothing they could do and would have to rebook. I told them this wasn’t appropriate and they came later to pick it up. it was supposed to be valited Which it wasn’t.

    The staffs were really nice and made me feel welcomed when i arrived to drop my car off to get a service done, also they lent me one of their cars to get by with my day and can I say that you wouldn't find this kind of customer service at any other car companies. The member of staff that was helping was very understanding as I discussed the problems with the car and got it resolved within the same day. Well done Toyota and the members of staff 👍🏽
