    Gaff was so lovely and helpful with the whole process. He took me for a test drive and showed me how to use the car, demonstrating all of its safety features and answering all of our questions.     Did not pick up the car on the date of the appointment went to the wrong address. I had to ring them. They said there was nothing they could do and would have to rebook. I told them this wasn’t appropriate and they came later to pick it up. it was supposed to be valited Which it wasn’t. So what are you going to valet my car?
