    Very helpful specialist. It's my brother and I's first time going through the motability scheme, and he was very thorough in explaining how it works, what's covered, what our options are, and so on. We provided information before our appointment which he went through when going over suitable cars in person, so we could find what's right. Definitely an overall great experience!

    Me and my husband went in last Monday to look at a motability car for our daughter. We didn’t really know what to expect, we were greeted by John Daley who might I say his customer service is fabulous! He explained what motability is and how it works, he was extremely patient with us as we had a lot of questions. John was great at answering everything that we had to ask, he was so welcoming and friendly. I’ve been to some dealerships before and it’s always been an uncomfortable situation that they almost try to bully you into buying/financing but John was the complete opposite, he wasn’t pushy or forward, he actually listened to us and supported what we wanted. We looked at the car that would be best suited to our daughters needs, the Nissan Qashqai N-Connecta, perfect SUV vehicle for us to get to all her appointments and load her equipment in the boot.
    John kindly talked us through other specs of the vehicle and we finally agreed on one. The process was so simple, just a few forms to read and sign, picked up our car that same week.
    We really would like to thank John, such a genuine person who’s taken a weight off our shoulders for quite a while now as our previous 3 door vehicle wasn’t suitable for our daughters needs.
