We visited with our two-year-old child, who was not particularly interested in the car or in talking to our sales representative, Gurteak. Despite our child's tantrum, the staff remained calm and helpful, providing drawing materials and acknowledging that children can be unpredictable.
Gurteak took the time to thoroughly explain all of the features and options available on the car we were interested in. He did not pressure us and made sure to understand all of our requirements. It was easy to talk to him, and he came across as a genuinely kind and honest individual.
A few days after we picked up the vehicle, Gurteak called us to inquire about our experience and to see if we had any issues or questions. This did not feel like a routine check-in but rather a genuine expression of concern.
