    I was helped out by a member of staff called Kai who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though he said it was his first motability car he went through every step thoroughly. The car was easy to pick and design as something I prefer. I was also given the opportunity for a test drive of the new car however I felt it was not needed as the new car was to be the same as the car I have currently. The building is nice and clean and laid out in a very accessible way. All members of staff were polite and helpful and it makes the process of a new car much more relaxed.
