    I have previously usef different mobility dealership and found their service to be significantly better and vehicle For example, the vehicle servicing at your dealership does not meet a five-star standard; the vehicles aren’t even cleaned inside after servicing. Additionally, I’ve found that the reception staff aren’t particularly customer-friendly well to suit which detracts from the overall experience.

    The only aspect I’ve consistently appreciated is the professionalism and friendliness of the service drivers who handle vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups. However, based on my experience, I feel that Hyundai vehicles do not match the quality I’ve experienced with other brands, such as KIA, where the overall service and vehicle quality have been much more satisfactory.

    Will was lovely and respectful from the outset. I had received negative treatment from other dealerships, I felt because of getting a vehicle on motability.
    I am new to the scheme and he was patient and knowledgeable and was always happy to answer my questions.
