    The car is lovely but I haven't much else to say, I was handed keys and told to go find my car in the car park! When I asked if he could show me things in the car he said "I didn't sell you the car" so I was left to go look for my car and off I went, the customer experience isn't great

    Hayselden is a great dealership to get a car from. They always have time for you. They are kind, courteous and knowledgeable about the cars they sell and Motability.
    They are a friendly bunch too and are always willing to chat.

    The handover of my new car was so easy, just put in my number and that's it done.
    Lewis talked me through all the latest Changes to the Tiguan since our last one. He checked I knew how to use the hoist for my wheelchair and asked if I felt confident to drive the car. He was very good, and asked if I had any questions, of which I only had 1. I was worried about putting diesel into my new car by mistake, he showed me the petrol filler and explained that if I tried to put a diesel nozzle in it won't fit because it is bigger than a petrol one. That really put my mind at ease.
    I'm a very happy customer, I highly recommend Hayselden Volkswagen to anyone wanting a new car.
