    Very good service, I was booked in very quickly, I had asked for a curtesy car , this was waiting for me , all the paperwork was done and dusted in ten minutes and I was on my way.
    I like the new part of there service where I received a video of the under side of my car detailing all that they had checked and the assurance that everything was good , I then received the massage that my car was ready to be picked up.
    It was a very quick and professional service and the car had been washed and vacuumed out .

    Not the best customer service I've received, despite having a service booking made for over 6 weeks in advance they didn't manage to arrange a suitable courtesy car for a Disabled Motobility Car User. Even though my needs were discussed at length, and suitable vehicles were discussed as being more than suitable, failed miserably.

    An hour to the dealer, then had to get my partner to drive an hour to the garage, in our other car, just so I had a car to drive.
    Pretty disappointing for a reasonably decent sized multi franchise car dealer.
