Adam Simpson knows everything there is to know about the Motability scheme and everything there is to know about Mercedes cars! On top of that he was friendly, courteous and patient (he had to be with me, especially when it comes to online applications and anything at all to do with IT) at all times. I had two bucket list items when I was told only had a limited time to live and having a Mercedes was one of them. The car and all the other extras; inclusive insurance, tax etc will make my final (and first ever new one) car be my favourite (out of many) in all my 40 years of driving.
