    Ben was great, Leanne not so much and still waiting for a phone call from her as to whether I can actually have the Kia
    It's now Tuesday and Leanne still hasn't rung me. I've found this experience quite unnerving and the fact that I'm still waiting to find out if I can have the niro, I think I will decide to get the Skoda instead as I feel like Kia aren't interested in helping me get the car I wanted. I will not be recommending this showroom

    I went to Stoneacre Grimsby to get a Kia Sportage. I test drove the spec of car that I wanted, sat down with Ben Bordas to go through it all and order the car. When the car arrived Ben rang to arrange picking it up and a date and time was arranged. On the day of picking it up Ben talked me through all the controls, set my bluetooth up and set the Kia connect app up for me. Ben was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, not pushy like some salesmen, he was real down to earth and easy to get on with, making the whole experience less stressful for myself. I highly recommend Ben and Stoneacre Grimsby
