- Rating 5.0Feb 20, 2024Charlie Snell, the Motability salesman who handled my enquiry, and helped me choose my Seat Ateca was a delight to work with on the process. Once we were sure the car was what I needed, that it fit all of my requirements and we had taken a test drive I was able to fill out the paperwork and sign for the same vehicle I had taken the test drive in because it was available. Motability have a 4 day hold process so that all of their checks can be done and I have time to change my mind.
That was on 14th February 2024. Yesterday I collected my new car (19th February 2024) it would have been sooner except Seat don't hand over vehicles on Sundays.
Handover took around an hour. I checked the condition of the car, made sure all of my personal belongings were transferred over from my previous vehicle, and then the handover sales team completed the handover by setting up the in car services and mobile phone app, connected me to the cars Bluetooth system and handed me the keys and my paperwork.
