    I dealt with a lad called Charlie last Tuesday and he hasnt completed handover of my mini at all. So if my old mini is damaged i will be beyond livid. Now i have to wait a further week for my deposit funds.

    had a excellent experience in ordering and collecting my car, when I collected my car Charlie and Mac helped me set up the app on my phone to connect to my car and went through the main features of the car.i chose seat as the car best suited my mobility needs as I have the car through motorbility, and I was treated like a valued customer and will definitely go back to them for my next car, and they nearly had me in tears when I was presented with a bouquet of flowers and they made my day they deserve more than 5 stars

    Charlie Snell, the Motability salesman who handled my enquiry, and helped me choose my Seat Ateca was a delight to work with on the process. Once we were sure the car was what I needed, that it fit all of my requirements and we had taken a test drive I was able to fill out the paperwork and sign for the same vehicle I had taken the test drive in because it was available. Motability have a 4 day hold process so that all of their checks can be done and I have time to change my mind.
    That was on 14th February 2024. Yesterday I collected my new car (19th February 2024) it would have been sooner except Seat don't hand over vehicles on Sundays.
    Handover took around an hour. I checked the condition of the car, made sure all of my personal belongings were transferred over from my previous vehicle, and then the handover sales team completed the handover by setting up the in car services and mobile phone app, connected me to the cars Bluetooth system and handed me the keys and my paperwork.
    Wonderful experience and so quick from start to finish.
