    Using Motability for the first time and finding the perfect car (the new model Skoda Enyaq 85x Sportline Plus with a highly rated dealership) has been an incredibly positive experience.

    Having decided on the Sportline Plus to then discover through local London/home county dealerships that it wouldn't be available for 6+ months, I was weary to believe that a beautiful red model available in January 2024 via DM Keith, Grimsby on the Skoda website was accurate. I was also weary of going through the process from such a distance.

    I have not had a car for many years but over the last couple of years have really been struggling to manage without one.

    Despite the distance, DM Keith Grimsby have been incredible right from the first phone call to enquire if the car really was available through to receiving the car last weekend. Doing the paperwork, organising collection, learning the technical aspects/controls to start driving were well explained. We were advised of the best place to stop off for a recharge on the trip back to South London.

    It's been very special and the contact and support we have had since leaving the showroom has continued.
