    1st booking cancelled due to no courtesy car. At 2nd booking, again no courtesy car so we agreed to while-you-wait MOT taking 2 hours max. After 2 hours, got text that there was a delay due to the emissions machine breaking down, causing 1 hour wait. No cleaner available for the valeting when the car returned.
