    I carried out the survey, sent to me by email and it was useless as it seized up on me before I could finish it. In the event the service could not be completed on that day, due to the software update, but the car was returned to me on the following day (which was a Saturday) at about lunchtime. The delay was probably not the fault of the garage, but the time taken to complete the update. Service staff very pleasant and helpful throughout.
