Paul Greenwood was exceptionally helpful and accommodating with everything Motability and spent an hour going through the new car with me, my first ever hybrid car. In the event the service could not be completed on that day, due to the software update, but the car was returned to me on the following day (which was a Saturday) at about lunchtime. The delay was probably not the fault of the garage, but the time taken to complete the update.
