    Andy quickly responded to our initial sadness at parting with our beloved Mini Countryman when we arrived to collect our new Mini Cooper. He cheered us up by making hot chocolate and taking us to view our new car in the dedicated handover showroom. We felt very spoiled and special! The glitterballs showcased our car to perfection in our very own private room...we were completely wowed! We completed the paperwork with ease and he attentively took me through the basics on the car. He recommended a further visit to go through the more specific features and controls once I have had time to get used to the basics, which suited me fine as I was already feeling a bit overwhelmed plus there would have been far too much information to absorb in one go.
    Overall a great experience that went beyond our expectations!

    Absoloutly amazing experience!
    I got my dream car but also a car suitable for mine and my son’s needs.
    The car is safe, comfortable, and spacious. I suffer terribly with anxiety and panick attacks and the car has given me the independence and confidence to take my son out of the house.
    It’s improved mine and my son’s quality of life.

    Absolutely amazing service I couldn’t fault it at all, my experience was made easy and very comfortable.
