    Not very good, they don't listen to instructions clearly.. Was told to take my vehicle in for an 11am appointment, was told the service took around 2hrs.. I managed to get the vehicle there, for circa 10:15... Upon returning at circa 13:15, the Vehicle hadn't moved, we sat there nearly an hour, with no update until my wife asked! Then were told, the paper work stated they had from 11am till 4pm to do the job! Even though I'd said, I needed it back by 14:00 at the latest! Then they told me, Motability hadn't yet authorised the service, to be done. So, I called Motability on the way home, in the curtesy car..Only to be told, that the service was authorised on the 23rd of January, & that the dealership shouldn't have told me any different!! So, I was lied to! I was informed, circa 17:20 that the vehicle, had been completed... Wowzers bad service, given an appointment time, of 11am!!... Not happy to have to travel back, the next day to collect!
