- Rating 5.0Mar 14, 2025Right from the start Mark & Marshall Honda have been excellent to deal with. We went to look at the car in the showroom which was the colour we were after. We were left alone for a while to overlook the Honda HR-V and then Mark approached us. Ideally, he was the guy who dealt with mobility. As we were new to the scheme, he showed us around the car and talked through the process. By the end of the visit, we arranged a test drive for the next day. We took the vehicle out and it ticked all the boxes that suited Catherines mobility problems. So, on return to Honda, we said that we would like to go ahead with the mobility scheme. Unfortunately, Mark had some bad news for us on our return. The car was going to be removed from the scheme. We were disappointed but Mark never gave up and would see if we could still have order one and he would stay in touch. A few days later Mark rang and said that Honda & Mobility had agreed a date when the car would be removed from the mobility scheme, and we had 2 days left to get the order in. Mark completed our order very swiftly and sent it off. Mark remained in contact with us every week. Letting us know at what stage the order was at and that it had been accepted. One month later he informed us the car was here and what number plate would we like. We had to wait four days to allow mobility to sort the administration out. We then picked the car up. Mark had swiftly organised all the required paperwork. Mark explained the paperwork, collected the required signatures and the advance payment. We were then given a detailed explanation of the vehicle & controls. This was exactly how I like it, short, detailed, and simply explained, with hands on. I praise Honda and especially Mark for his knowledge and experience of the mobility scheme and his friendly, dedicated approach. He was not over the top and gave the client what they were looking for.
