    Michelle Westall is incredible. We'd been let down at VW Oldham and Lookers Stockport with useless unhelpful disinterested car sales men. At Oldham we were told there is no motabilty specialist until 8/4 but we didn't need motabilty information, we just wanted to have a look around the car we liked and been given the time of day. The same at Stockport we were given vague information about a grant and random figures about the advance payments which we different to the online amounts. In desperation I rang huddersfield and spoke to Michelle who was a breath of fresh air. She is so knowledgeable helpful personable she gave us quality time and attention. She was supposed to finish early but stayed to help us. I liked how she told us about their trip to the Cupra factory in Barcelona and track day there where she had been in the Tavascan that we've ordered. She was so enthusiastic about the car and the company where she's worked for 13 years. Me and my husband felt so relieved to have ordered our next motabilty car and only wish we'd come here sooner. I gave Michelle a hug as we left as I appreciated her help so much. With my husbands disability he quickly gets anxious and irritated with situations that are complicated so Michelle helped us both so much. We're really excited to collect our new car next month and will recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a motabilty vehicle. Thanks so much
