    This is the 2nd time I have changed this review. 1st when I reported a fault with the cars regeneration, after only 1 day, I did not get any support from the dealership. I had to contact Cupra Hull who went out of their way to help me. Then 5 days after picking the car up, the number plate fell off. I contacted the dealer who again was not helpfull. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was not working until the next day. I was told that the sales manager would phone me when he got out of a meeting. Ha, this did not happen. When I telephoned back his explanation was that he did
    not get the message. I asked him to get the General Manager to phone me the next day when he got back into work. Ha, up to now, no phone call. I am 68 and never dealt with a company with such very poor after sales . I will be transferring my dealership to Cupra Hull.
