    After failing to collect my car in May, without even a phone call, message or even any kind of acknowledgement to apologise they finally got back in touch to pick up my car on Tuesday 11th September, yes, they even got the date wrong, so after expecting them on Tuesday I got call late Tuesday afternoon to say they’d made an error and it was in fact Wednesday they’d be coming round to collect my car.

    After this calamity I wouldn’t be recommending them to anyone, the whole experience was very poor, and given my mental health & anxiety issues this whole episode only exacerbated that, hence the low marking of stars.

    Hi Motability, my feedback is as follows.
    I initially spoke to Sandal BMW over the phone to make enquiries with buying a BMW so they’re Motability scheme.
    The representative of BMW was a lady called Jayne. She was very informative and very patient and took time to explain the process to me and then made an appointment to attend Sandal Bmw.
    we were greeted by Jayne. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and she gave us full range of what we were entitled to. At the time we decided on the BMW. I X one has the most suitable car for myself. We decided to purchase our car from BMW sandal , because of the customer service that was offered to us when we eventually came to pick up the car we were given an excellent service and we were made to feel very special and and at no time were we made to feel belittled by the fact that we were obtaining the car through my disability AKA Motability scheme we drove away from BMW sandal feeling excited and privileged and we would truly recommend Sandal Bmw again to our friends and family. We would certainly certainly be looking at purchasing another vehicle from them in due course. This is R5 feedback kind regards, Nick

    Over the years I have visited a number of dealerships for motibility vehicles and private vehicles. I have visited BMW,Audi,Mercedes,Vauxhall and Volkswagen in Bradford,Leeds, Wakefield and now in Sandal Huddersfield, The BMW Sandal Huddersfield branch, has by far offered the best experience  I have had over the last 20 years with  various dealerships.


    Showroom: was in good condition, clean and had a wide range of vehicles, and good parking facilties which to be fair is expected but the following  3 people made this an amazing experience for my wife and I.

    Tracey Bolton (Mini Reception) was always very professional and helpful when speaking to her initially on the phone

    Alison Howe (BMW RECEPTION) was very warm and welcoming with a beaming smile.  When we arrived at the showroom. Alison Made us feel very comfortable and offered us refreshments, Alison also engaged with my partner who is disabled and ensured she was comftable, we arrived early for our appointment, so Alsion checked up to see if we needed any help with  more  refreshments and if we wanted to know anything more about the vehicles we was looking at, Alison is probably  one the best receptionist  I have come across in any field and clearly has alot more to offer


    Jane Watson-  Was extremely  professional  and offered a personal touch to the service she provided, which is rare to get that balance right. Jane's product knowledge of the motability vehicles available was exemplary and had showed great experience and insight into the motability procedure. Jane made both my partner and I very comftable and ensured we had all the information we needed. It was nice to finally deal with a sales woman that actually listened and catered to our needs, rather then just treating as just another motability customer.


    I can't speak highly enough of the 3 staff members  mentioned above and believe they are a great asset to Sandall BMW and Mini  Branch.


    I will certainly be recommending  this dealership to my family and friends, and will look to conduct further business with this dealership in the  future.
