Eden was friendly and informative; she explained the process clearly and made me aware of all the pertinent offers, as well as answering all my questions.
I expected it to take a few weeks or even months for the right car to become available, but I am due to pick up my new car on Sunday after less than an hour of filling out the forms and discussing my options.
