    Booked waiting appointment due to mobility issues. Sat for 2 and half hours in totalfreezing. When I asked would i be waiting much longer as it had been almost 2 hours and I told them I was freezing I was then told heating was not working and wasnt even offered a hot drink.
    Service was completed with no concerns
