    I was very dissatisfied with Ford lookers Leeds.I have got and I’ve had many mobility cars from Leeds lookers.
    My kuga went in before for an electrical fault and then a few months ago it started bringing on the oil warning light, I contacted Ford they told me they’d do it on the service.
    About a month ago My drivers door became very loud and cranky. The safety strap that holds the door has pulled the weld off the door.
    Lookers did my service but when Ella contacted me to say it was ready to be picked up but unfortunately they couldn’t do the door as it needed the body shop which they don’t have.
    I told them about my door over a month ago but no one mentioned they couldn’t fix it.
    I was told it would need a new door and they couldn’t do it.
    Also this is the first car to have been in for a service and not be cleaned out.
    Lookers told me to ring mobility!!!!
    Lookers isn’t the garage it used to be and I’m very disappointed in them.
    The price of a Kuga is very high so I think with the disappointment I’ve had and the hike in price after many years I will be looking to lease a car with a different manufacturer
