    I give this a two star mainly down because of the way I was treated and how the service department use their time and other peoples cars.

    So from the start the service gentleman on the front desk was wonderful very polite and well spoken and apologetic seemed like he did want to help a disabled person like myself.

    However my car was kept from 9:15-5:15 which when I was told on phone 2pm this ain’t acceptable for a disabled person.

    Next when I got to the dealership my car hadn’t been washed so more waiting but I saw the service team speeding in my car in the car park like they had stolen it! Not acceptable when my car was returned there was scuff and scratches and a full bar of fuel missing which you’d not expect if it’s just in a garage basically.

    When confronted management they tried to blame me and treat me very poorly not a way a disabled person should be treated.

    Not only the flaws I’ve had since day one still wasn’t fixed for the manager to come out and bend the metal in my fuel compartment to make it pop out for me which he goes this happens no it does not this was a brand new car you shouldn’t need to do that!

    Overall poor service experience and the way they treated a disabled persons car and afterwards is just not acceptable, I have had many cars from this company and this is a first which is making me contemplate getting another when I come to change at the end of the year, I also have family with cars who I may discuss with them too as scratches scuffs and overall lazy workmanship is not acceptable, other then that the front of house team was great behind the scenes not so much.
