    We ordered our car and the service from first looking to buy a new car to receiving delivery was faultless, the communication was at the top level of customer satisfaction.
    We were looked after by the sales team and manager of Lexus Leeds, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated, this kind of service was impeccable. The whole team were at top of their game and it was one of the most pleasurable experiences buying a new car anyone could expect.
    Hats off to everyone that was involved with the purchase and I would definitely recommend Lexus as a world leader in cars.
    The car we bought upon arrival we were taken into a hand over room we’re my car was parked and enjoyed the experience of seeing it for the first time,
    We were met by Ian “ a very good salesperson “
    He was very professional introducing a bunch of flowers to my partner and showed us both around the car to familiarise the working functions and how each system works, there was no rush just superb service throughout.
    After all the paperwork was completed we were asked if there was any questions.
    The general manager came over to introduce himself which just shows how Lexus are such a great brand to deal with.
    The dealership called today to ask if everything was ok, this is top class service, and my car I love it, just need to enjoy the pleasure of driving a Lexus
