    I feel like been a motability customer was to my detriment.

    I did not get the same hospitality as other customers. The person that saw me in the morning was rude and when I went to collect the vehicle I was passed a scrap of paper to confirm the brakes had been changed no conversation and not walked to the vehicle as others were either.
