    The person I had booked an appointment with had been sent on a training meeting. I was served by someone who hadn’t dealt with Motability before. He was knowledgable about the cars but then needed management help. I can’t fault his efforts.

    The service staff were polite and professional - when I collected my car, they got someone to bring the car to the front, as I'm a wheelchair user; however, on returning home I noticed a 4-5mm paint chip on the rear, passenger side wheel arch that definitely wasn't there when I left the car.
