    Genuinely one of the best experiences I've had as a customer anywhere.
    From start to finish DM Keith were exemplary.
    My first contact with Nick was great , very friendly , knowledgeable and honest; he helped with everything, kept me upto date with updates, even went out of his way when car arrived to send me pictures and a video.
    Hand over day was a breeze and Radec was the epitome of excellent customer service, in fact both Nick and Radec met me at the door , offered me a drink and both helped me with the old car handover and the new car pick up, went through all the paperwork, them went over everything with the car , where everything was and how it worked, I was made to feel welcome and valued which sounds simple but in practice is very difficult.
    I can't recommend DM Keith enough , a proper 5 star service

    Great experience with the staff at Leeds. After my local dealership didn’t respond, Nick reached out, even though he didn’t have the exact car I wanted (Skoda Kamiq, automatic 1.0 SE) in stock. He quickly found a solution as I needed a car urgently.

    During my visit, Nick was polite, explained the motability process without any pressure to upsell, and kept me updated throughout. He secured a stock car for quick delivery, for which I’m very grateful.

    On handover, Radek thoroughly explained the car’s features and helped set up connected services. Even though Nick was busy, he made time to say goodbye and followed up to ensure everything was fine. Highly recommend!
