    The staff here are all very customer focused and the waiting area is very comfortable for both able and disabled people. The car service was professionally undertaken and Nick Topham..the Service Adviser presented me with the actual copy of the works undertaken and verbally went through it with me. I was also provided with a video of the car from the technical engineer who did the service. A 5 star car service and 4 star customer experience…as I did have to wait quite abit longer than Nick told me when the car would be ready. He said it would be upto an hour and a half and it was nearly three hours later when it was finished with no explanation or acknowledgement to me. I could see he was very busy though.
