    Very disappointed I could not have a hire car on a Saturday as a motability customer yet if I was any other customer I could! Hardly fair! We do work too!!

    It was a fantastic experience. A mobility team at the VW garage were excellent a man who went out with Mr Jack. Hutchinson was fantastic. Didn’t make me feel uneasy experience and got the car that I wanted thank you.

    Matthew was polite and helpful with the scheme, and assisted as best he could. He was as frustrated as us that he could not get the correct specifications up to show us due to VW changing the model. He also initially thought we would have to accept one that lookers already had in the system re colour but this was sorted before we left the dealership. We were asked and paid a deposit, upon checking i should not have had to do this for a motobility vehicle
