He went above and beyond to make sure my granny and I were completely comfortable and understood everything about our new Motability car. He sat with us and patiently showed us all the buttons and features, making what could have been a stressful experience a really enjoyable one. He's a genuinely funny and approachable guy, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend him!
