    Whilst the technical aspect of the service seems fine (ie. no issues). The customer service aspect was poor. The lady I dealt with was friendly enough, however, the courtesy car was a van! I asked for an automatic courtesy car when arranging the MOT/service, I arrived at the scheduled time to be told the only automatic courtesy car they had left was the van version of my current car, whilst I was a little apprehensive about this, at least this time they had remembered to keep a car (van) for me. However, since it was a van and had no rear window and thus no rear-view mirror or rear camera or parking sensors, reversing was a guessing game (is there a car coming, who knows!, is there a person crossing behind me, who knows!). It was also difficult to get in, and very uncomfortable to drive, being as it was the most basic model. All this I could and would have sucked up for a few hours without complaint, however, since I was not told my car was ready for collection until 15 minutes before they closed and me living at least 20 minutes away, I was stuck with this thing over night, and to add to this, it had a limited range (being the van was electric and had only 70 miles upon collection) which was down to 45 by the time I left Scarborough, even though I had only done about 5-6 miles, I did not feel great about being able to do anything other than get home and hopefully back again. It's a good job I didn't have to go anywhere last night or this morning! This is the second poor experience I've had with this dealer and am not looking forward to the next service experience!
