    They don’t understand motability customers needs. I asked for a courtesy car (never automatic as mine is) but was told that it would then be an all day appointment for my car. I live 40 minutes away so would struggle to drive it 4times & twice in a car not fit for me! So I asked for the 2hr slot with a car do I didn’t have to sit in their waiting area & I could go into town (5miles away from the garage at least) to get a coffee & sit somewhere comfier. I was told they can’t do this as it’s one option or the other! I explained about my pain condition & that not knowing what’s happening is affecting my anxiety. I was then told they would sort something out & get back to me before my suggested date. I heard nothing so had to contact them 2days before to then be sent a booking in email but no information on what time/length it would be. I filled in the check in details & it said 10am but email said 2pm? I finally went at 10am & was told it should have been 2pm but that they would try & fit me in. I explained the above & they put my car next but I then had to sit on my own for 2hrs in the dealership for them to finish & I had to give up the complementary wash as I could stand to wait any longer! Everytime I have to use this garage they don’t seem to know how to help/communicate either motability customers.

    It was gd but got told a lie in 2022 as Danielle told me when I got my Frist car the i10 that when I returned it I would get 600 pounds but that was a lie

    I went in for a browse as I was looking for a different car.

    I had been to many dealers before and felt uncomfortable.

    When I walked into Hyundai in Scarborough I was greeted warmly by a lovely young man named Dan.

    Not once did I feel pressured by him. Dan told me a lot about the car I was interested in. He even listened to me on what I was looking for and to my questions and not once did he look away or look at his watch. Dan made me feel comfortable.

    As I suffer with mental health problems I have very bad trust issues.

    With Dan he made me feel relaxed which I appreciate.

    He is such a lovely young man and I'm very grateful to him.
